Wages , bonus change your life

Lots of people seek jobs for himself, few people their own business. Few run family business. Today i have seen a person on a television , he robber mobile shop. On the basic of this i produce a theory that is wages crime model. Which is simple, if we pay our employees good pay include bonus then there is low probability that somebody robber because of money. Our  society depends on lots of factors i.e social, religious, economical etc.
If a person have more then he spend then economical he is fine. As i read different books about business on that basis i conduct this theory.  I think most of people seek jobs instead of create opportunity. That why every year very few get jobs.
